Companies must have an effective measurement systems to evaluate supply chain performance in regards to monitoring, controlling, and directing operations. Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), which was developed by Supply Chain Council, is one of most comprehensive model used by companies worldwide. There are several SCOR metrics which helps an organization measures its effectiveness. The five supply chain business processes are plan, source, produce, store, transport, sell, and return.
