Read the case and use the information to do the following steps: Craft SWOT analysis for EA at the time of the case. There is adequate information in the case to complete this, and I do not expect you to do research outside of the case. Use that SWOT to create EFAS and IFAS tables. Use those EFAS and IFAS tables to create a TOWS matrix. This can include potential strategies on any of the three levels (corporate, business or functional). Evaluate the strategic possibilities your identified in your TOWS matrix and recommend your top option. A critical portion of this assignment is your analysis of the option you select and how well you justify the choice. Your turn-in for the assignment will include the following: Your EFAS table Your IFAS table Your TOWS matrix Your top strategic choice and your justification of that choice. The strategic choice and the justification will not exceed 2 pages. (the page limit does not include the EFAS, IFAS, or TOWS matrices). The paper will be in Times New Roman font, 12 point, one-inch margins. Your assignment should have a cover page with your name, the assignment name, the date, the class, and section information. The cover page does not count towards the page limit.
