I need help with applied statistics problems at graduate level. The textbook is Sampling: Design and Analysis by Lohr, 3rd edition.
Also, there is a written project that has the highest value for the final grade. Although there is no data analysis required in the written project, but the report should be approximately two single-spaced pages in length, including any references, figures, tables, etc.
