Be aware that the instructor for this course is extremely picky and rigid. You will be writing within a pre-created template document with 4 sections. Please review the included document “TouchstoneDirections&Ruberic.pdf” for complete instructions, and then review the Template document and fill in the 4 blank areas. The total of all words combined between the 4 writing areas on the assisgnment template should sum up to between 750-1000 words. You will need to use the course content from Units 1 & 2 when crafting your response, paying especially close attention to the content in Unit 2 dealing with Tort law. Be meticulous where although this is a very short assignment, the instructor who is grading this is known to be extremely anal and persnickety.
