I will provide you with some notes I took during the AA meeting I attended. I will also attach an example AA reflection paper.
– It was a VIRTUAL MEETING on ZOOM.
– Tuesday November 21, 2023. “Miami Young People Group” @7:30 PM
– Talking about the 12 and 12 step 10 book
– Resentless , dishonest, selfish , fear, jeoulsy, anxiety
– One of the the younge ladies said that until she came into AA she acted really wrong before. Mostly by fear, dishonesty and resentment.
– Step 10 is what has most helped her to stay sober
– She was 21 and was upset that her 3 siblings weren’t alcoholics. She put the blame on a lot of the people
– Blaming others
– She decides to get sober because she thought she was going to die
