Project Description: Get into the details of what you did and how you did it. Include a description of RMA, the types and number of programs offered, staffing, financial resources, and any other details needed to tell the story. Also include the scope of the project, what documents you reviewed, and a short description of what organizations you used to benchmark.
Analysis & Findings: Provide details and relevance of what you discovered. There should be an analysis of each of the documents you reviewed with a brief discussion of the implications of the findings. This will likely be the longest section of the report. This can be done in a chart form if you like.
Recommendations: What are the key things that need to be addressed to improve the program? This is the most valuable part of the report for the readers (me and Aaron) as it will guide changes to the program moving forward. This can be a bulleted list with short explanations of each recommendation.
