Focusing on the identified situation/event/issue, think about your personal feelings and thoughts during and after the event. You may want to consider the possible feelings and thoughts of others including service user and families.
Analysis and Evaluate
This is where the academic learning really begins to show in your reflection, evaluate and analyse your experience and introduce underpinning evidence to support your thoughts and [future] actions. Avoid being too descriiptive.
