Create a petition for Brianna Lopez who wants to sue her former friend Travis Jackson. Brianna bought a used family room sofa set from Travis. She paid him $2000 upfront for the set and delivery. Travis failed to deliver the furniture as promised and has not returned her $2000. Brianna has an invoice as well as multiple text exchanges between her and Travis. Brianna would like delivery of the furniture or a refund, plus filing fees and attorney costs. The furniture was supposed to be delivered before the holidays. Brianna had invited her family and friends to her home with no furniture for them to enjoy. She would also request payment for the embarrassment and inconvenience.
