(This might be an actual company that can be researched online or one that you would have familiarity with.) You are to act as a change agent proposing a change to help this company survive.
My company is Netflix and suggested changes are; Cancelling memberships, Censorship, Lack of having a variety of shows available to watch, Logging in and out, Not offering more platforms, People sharing accounts, Pricing Technology issues, and Waits to market shows until they get a sizeable audience.
In the completed proposal, you will:
• Create a needs analysis.
• Explain what needs to change.
• Answer the question: “Is this organization a learning organization?” Explain.
• Explain the theoretical framework and timeline of the needed change.
• Create an implementation plan.
