RPD PAPER TOPIC: “Uncovering the Role of Self-efficacy in Recovery from Substance Abuse: A Humanistic Approach to Counseling Psychology”
PAPER HELP INSTRUCTIONS: This is a two page research paper for a class called “Inquiry into Clinical and Counseling Psychology”. A screenshot of the instructions for the overall project, which reveals the crucial aspects or parts of my research topic in relevance to what this project is asking of me is pasted in the file attached below labeled “RPD instructions”, there is also an RPD overview slideshow that gives you a better idea of what the goals of this paper are in terms of what your supposed to be doing with the topic I chose in this paper, as well as a Research proposal paper rubric that is going to be used for peer review of my paper but could also be helpful. You need to read these directions and understand what is being said in the slideshow thoroughly in order to do this assignment correctly. You can only use peer reviewed journal articles as sources to be actually cited in the paper and you should use at least 5 different journal articles (preferably more). You need to find and read peer-reviewed journal articles relevant to my specific research topic and only incorporate the information relevant to my specific topic—- you need to find the information within these articles that is relevant and only include that. As noted in the slideshow you need to read read read through these articles to find the information thats truly relevant to my topic and synthesize into a research paper. I know ive said that so many times but i can not stress it enough. I can pay you extra if you do everything that is being asked of you and you do it well. The overall goals and what this paper is about/ aiming to do as well as what my topic is and the aspects of my research topic that are relevant/crucial to the guidelines of what was important or necessary to be considered for choosing a topic MUST BE UNDERSTOOD (REFER TO SLIDESHOW AND INSTRUCTIONS). As noted on the slideshow the maximum number of pages is 2 but I put it as three for sources. For this paper we are required to use APA 7 for formatting. The overall goals and what this paper is about/ aiming to do must be understood to grasp what information in these articles would be deemed actually relevant to my topic and thus should be focused on in this RESEARCH PAPER, therefore it is very important you read and understand these directions to have a grasp on the specific facets that are supposed to be focused on in relevance to the specific topic I have chosen to focus on for this paper. These details may seem vague when considering them without an understanding of my specific research topic but considering the instructions specifically those that write “You will need to select one of the major theories we discuss (CBT, Humanistic, or Biological) and create a well-developed and novel research question pertaining to clinical and/or counseling psychology. Your research question may be related to a therapeutic intervention that is affiliated with the theory OR some underlying mechanism the theory points to as an etiological factor for a person’s mental health.”, next to my chosen research topic of “Uncovering the Role of Self-efficacy in Recovery from Substance Abuse: A Humanistic Approach to Counseling Psychology” allows you to see how the important facets of this assignment tie into my topic specifically.
