The editing portfolio is an exercise in responding to feedback. Your feedback for the second essay will be in general less specific than the feedback on the first essay, particularly as it pertains to grammar and syntax. Your job will be to extrapolate from the feedback given to edit and revise your essay.
To do this, please submit a word file of your essay with your edits marked using track changes. Information on how to use track changes is available here ( I have added pictures on how to do it )
You will also add a ~450 word reflection on the editing process at the end of your essay about what kinds of changes you were inspired to make.
Please note that your revised essay is marked under the portfolio assignment; the mark you received for your original essay will stand.
