For this assignment, students will write a bill review over a current or recent State Supreme Court ruling in their state. Each student should choose a case. The review should include the following:
My case is : Case View Duane Eugene Owen v. State of Florida
A summary of the case.
A summary of the majority opinion.
A summary of the dissenting opinion.
An evaluation of the stakeholders in the case.
An assessment of the implications of the case.
It should be typed and double-spaced on standard-sized paper (8.5″ x 11″) with 1″ margins on all sides using 12 pt. Times New Roman font.
*As discuss in the syllabus, the paper will be a 10-page paper in APA format.
*All works cited should be in an alphabetical list of all sources quoted, paraphrased or summarized. It should be at the end of the paper and begin on a separate sheet of paper.
