Review Relevant Materials/Doing the Mini-Analysis.
<
? Course Reading: See Syllabus.
<
? Related Documents: From Course Activities, Lectures, Digital Resources, etc.
<
<
? For Option A: Try your best to compare similar houses, e.g., similar numbers of rooms, bathrooms, conditions, amenities, etc. In other words, don’t compare a mansion to a one-bedroom apartment. *I recommend using the search tools to seek out “sold single-family properties”, and put parameters around comparative properties, e.g. number of beds, number of baths, square footage, etc.
<
? For Option B: Be sure that you review the course readings and additional reports recommended for this assignment before you begin to outline your paper.
<
? For Option C: If you choose the grocery store option. Be sure to write down your observations when you go to the grocery stores. Take notes on how people are getting to and from the grocery stores and take notes on the types of products available—namely fresh products. If you choose the Health Equity Report option, be sure that you are familiar with the report and the areas that you will focus on. Consider seeking out additional materials related to this topic.

<

Write your paper.
