Write a full draft of your paper. Your paper combines information developed through the interview, a Wikipedia or other webpage, and your video description.

Essay (At least two pages, double spaced. List interview, video, Wikipedia or other webpage as a Reference List.)
Write an interesting first paragraph that contains a “hook” that makes the reader want to know more. Also include how you developed the paper: interview (who, when, where), video (title, movement form) and observation, and research in Wikipedia (title, URL).
Include all of the information gained through the interview and observation in engaging full sentences. (See the attached rubric.)
Add information about the history and social, religious, and cultural contexts gained through Wikipedia or another webpage.
As you conclude the paper, address Intercultural Student Learning Outcome (below) by discussing the following item in bold:
Ask questions about familiar and unfamiliar communities and/or cultures in dance (Intercultural SLO #1)
Discuss cultural similarities and differences in perspectives, behaviors, expressions, and/or communication styles across space and/or time as applicable to dance (Intercultural SLO #2)
Interpret events, issues, problems, etc. from familiar and unfamiliar dance worldviews (Intercultural SLO #3
Compare the dance/ movement form you were interviewed about to the dance/ movement form discussed by your interviewee. Emphasize experiences and meanings rather than movement or context. Compare/ contrast your “insider” knowledge with that of your interviewee.
