Discuss whether you believe the AI-generated articles show signs of bias and if you found any trigger words.
Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the AI-generated articles. Do they provide news more quickly, accurately, in more depth, or with more currency?
Reply Expectations:
Start with a positive comment: What did your classmate do well in their presentation?
Identify the opposing viewpoint: Can you clearly identify the perspective your classmate is presenting, even if it differs from your own? If you are a Federalist how would you respond to an Anti-Federalist?
Clarify their argument: What key points or arguments did your classmate make to support their perspective? And offer your own perspective from the opposing side.
Address their evidence: Did your classmate provide evidence or examples to support their viewpoint? If so, evaluate the quality of this evidence.
Compare with your viewpoint: How does your perspective differ from your classmate’s? Can you provide counterarguments or alternative evidence that supports your viewpoint?
Respectful engagement: Ensure your feedback is respectful and constructive. Avoid personal attacks or disrespectful language.
Suggest improvements: Are there any areas in which your classmate’s presentation could be enhanced or clarified? Provide specific suggestions for improvement.
Apply received feedback: Reflect on the feedback you received on your own presentation. How can you apply this feedback to your next discussion?
