I held sessions on my ward of the “The Sense Framework” on the ward I work on.
The “The Sense Framework” is one in which I asked the team to describe what they thought each domain related to in the workplace.
Everyone who was willing to participate wrote down their ideas and we then grouped them together using post it notes. This board is displayed in our Education Tutorial Room.
