The event may also cause tremendous interpersonal conflict. In each event, a nursing leader needs to carefully weigh all of the circumstances, both beneficial and potentially harmful to the organization and the individuals involved. Use the readings and content from this course to complete Learning Exercise 4.8 in the Huston (2024) text (p. 96).
