Section 1. Introduction: Include the following 4 components:
• Name and define type of group attended (task, teaching, supportive/therapeutic, self-help).
• Brief history of sponsoring organization
• Locations
• Descriiption of attendees 10%

Section 2. Name and define type of leadership for the group with examples. 10%
Section 3. Name and define member roles with examples.
(Task, maintenance, personal, etc.). 30%

Section 4. Name and define Yalom’s therapeutic factors.
(Be sure to include at least 7 of the 9 factors and provide examples from the group). 30%
Section 5. Thoughts and feelings about group experience. 10%
Section 6. APA style.
