This week, you will continue your session long Analytical Workshop which focuses on Coaching and Leadership Psychology in Cinema. Over the course of this term, you will develop a full character analysis of the head coach/leader of a team or group from a sport psychology perspective.

-Provide 3 strategies the central character should employ to enhance team cooperation.
-Provide a justification for choosing these strategies and discuss the benefits of blending cooperation and competition within this specific environment on both team performance and interpersonal relationships.
