International Marketing Plan (Product Proposal)
Your assignment will be to submit a Product Proposal for your International Marketing Plan.
After this assignment, you will create an International Marketing Plan presentation for a new or existing product/service.
Your International Marketing Plan Topic Proposal (should only be ONE page in length)
(Purpose of this assignment is to get you thinking and to make sure the product/service is family friendly… if your product/service is not appropriate, I will let you know)
International Marketing Plan: The major project for the course is the development of an International Marketing Plan. You must first select a product or service to market in the assigned country and submit it to me, for approval.
You have the opportunity to utilize class learning, work with and learn from each other, and create something fun and effective!
Your assignment will be to submit a Project proposal.
Project Proposal
Specifically, answer the following questions: Feel free to make a numbered list and submit it to me.
1. Where will you be selling your product/service? What country?
2. What justification did you use to select your product or service?
3. What is your product or service?
4. What problems will it solve for potential customers?
REMINDER: You may have to fill a need or sometimes you have to create a need.
(example: to help the customer _________….)
5. How will you get your product or service to the customer? Explain how you plan to handle logistics, transportation and warehousing challenges unique to each country in getting your product to market, and outline how you will deliver the product to retailers to sell in their shops.
PSA: Make sure to answer each question, the country is Japan, so the marketing plan will be in Japan. make sure to also write any sources you have used.
