In a 3-4-page paper (not including references and title page) explain the significance of 1 out of the 5 Labor legislation Acts or 1 out of the 6 Employment Labor Laws. Acknowledging that students have different interests; the choice is yours.

The goal for this paper is to select one legislative act or employment law and describe its significance to professional nursing. The paper should include an understanding of what the Act or Law entails, the historical underpinnings, changes that have evolved, whom it affects, and how it directly impacts professional nursing. Use specific examples to enhance the contextual aspect of the Act or Law you are addressing.
