Write a 3-4 page paper conducting a SWOT analysis for Starbucks and Trader Joe’s. Design the four-box matrix for each company and provide written details within each box. (refer to Bryson, Ch 5). Then, in your analysis, compare and contrast the matrices with details from the cases to support your work.
