Instructions
A. For this assignment, you will find, analyze and write a Case Report on one of the cases listed at the end of these instructions.
B. Your case report will be a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 single, letter sized pages, 12 font, Times New Roman, double spaced, and in paragraph format by question. In your paper list the question and then put your answer to the question immediately below it in paragraph format.
C. There is no need for a title page although you can include one if you like. It is not considered in your minimum or maximum page limits.
D. There is no need to do a bibliography unless you are using sources other than the case assigned to analyze the case. The bibliography does not count towards the page limit.
E. Please put your name and student number on the first page of your Report.
F. If you have any questions about this assignment it is important that you raise them in class or via email to your seminar Workshop Leader well in advance of the due date. Questions posed a few days before the due date may not be answered given the amount of time you have to complete this assignment.
G. In developing your answers you must put the thoughts into your own words to demonstrate understanding. It is not acceptable to just copy the language of the case into your Report.
H. Please hand-in a paper copy your report at the start of lecture AND upload a copy (.docx or .pdf) to Blackboard. Assignments will be processed though Blackboard Safe Assign.
