Please write an academic postgraduate-level essay on the topic:
‘There is simply too much medicine in Psychiatry.’ Critically evaluate this claim.
It is important to really critically evaluate the claim based on a literature review from BOTH a neuroscience and psychology perspective and not just be descriiptive. Both pro and con arguments can be presented in the essay, but a clear stance on the claim should come out clearly in the essay (and stated as such). Some of the key used references should be described in sufficient detail and how they relate to the arguments made.
The essay should include an introduction of ~10% of total word count and a conclusion of ~10% words.
