1:Select a quality measure of interest.
2:Determine the settings where the quality measure is assessed. It is quite possible that the measure could be in more that one place. Hint: use the CMS Compare websites
3:Identify the variables and data sources for those measures.
4:Provide the formula to calculate the measure
Provide the responses for each of the items above.
