I have a group project and each group will select a company then develop a group research paper describing how the organization plans, organizes, leads, and controls its operations, the research paper consists of four sections, as follows:

– leading
– controlling

the main factor that determines the organizational structure of ( organization name) ( functional , geographic, product-focused, process-based, matrix, etc) Why?
the more appropriate approach to be used by the ( organizations name ) and why?
