You are an agent representing a client in their sale of a Newport Coast, beachfront property. Your client asks you if you could sell the property without listing it on MLS, as they are not wanting to have numerous inquiries from underqualified buyers or unknown agent/brokers. List the pros and cons of selling the property without listing on MLS.

This assignment will be worth 60 points and will be graded based on the following rubric:
10 points each for listing 3 pros of not listing on MLS in this instance (for a total of 30 points)
10 points each for listing 3 cons of not listing on MLS in this instance (for a total of 30 points)
