Now you will pull together all that you have read, viewed, and discussed multiple intelligences, differentiated instruction, Universal Design Learning, and remote learning. For this activity, you will create a learning center (see template & examples) where you can create a hybrid learning environment.
A hybrid learning environment is when students are receiving instruction in person and remotely depending on their schedule. Although you typically think of a learning station as in a particular physical location, how could you provide one if your classroom was hybrid and/or remote? There are “digital” opportunities for students to switch from various learning activities and can do so even in a remote environment.
Select the subject or content areas (math, ELA, science, or history)
Decide which standard in which you would like to focus on.
Then decide how you would set up your Station Rotation design for a classroom using the provided template. Use the samples (below) for reference. Be sure to include at least 3 activities under each column.
