Assignment #2-Case #4 at the end of Chapter 6 is the case of Chandler v. Fast Lane, Inc., 868 F. Supp. 1138 (E.D. Ark., W. Div. 1994).  Read this case regarding racial discrimination practices in the hiring process and answer the questions posed in Rubric 6.
