For this part of the assignment you will submit an outline of what your final paper will be. This should not be a rough draft or written in prose style. Under each point below you will have to show me your reference. For an example, under introduction & background header you will have in bulletin points what you plan on discussing with the reference where it came from. You will do this under each header. The reference here can be an end of a sentence reference (APA style) and then at the end of the outline you will give me a full reference page.
All papers will follow the same basic structure:

II. What is the intended purpose of this law as it relates to healthcare (What are some positive aspects of the law)?
III. What are some potential unintended consequences of this law as it relates to healthcare (What are some drawbacks of the law)?
IV. How will this law directly affect YOU as a nurse when you are out practicing?
V. What are some potential areas around this law for further discussion or areas that could be re-examined?
