We did a study on source credibility and now we are doing a similar follow up study with a new independent variable. The instructions, rubric, and powerpoint are super detailed but they talk about the whole paper whereas you only need to focus on the literature review instructions. you are going to read my study 1 literature review, methods, and results to understand the study and to follow the tone of my writing. for our second study we are going to give participants an essay and say a student wrote it or a professor wrote it. we are also going to say they were either assigned to write about the benefits of ai or they chose to write about the benefits of ai. the essay is exactly the same in all 4 conditions. we then asked the participants to rate statements like “the essay was persuasive” “the essay author was credible”. there are multiple predictions/ hypotheses you can choose form listed in the powerpoint and you must write about it towards the end of the literature review you need to reference 5 new peer reviewed journals that relate to the new variable in APA format. I do not need the reference list just cite them correctly and maybe mention the titles or tell me so that I may cite them properly later. I have provided possible articles for you to use but yo can choose any 5 new peer review journals that discuss the study’s variables so the fundamental attribution error and being chosen vs assigned and source/author credibility etc.
