I need you to write a memorandum for my law school writing course. I am giving you all of the information that has been given to me and that I completed for the assignment. I need you to look at that model A paper to see how the memo should be formatted and I also gave you an outline and the comments my professors gave me on the outline to see what you are talking about as well. All of your cases, statutes, journals, or any other type of legal scholarly sources you use for this memo should be from New York because that is where this case takes place. I also attached a pdf of what happened in the case and some other extra comments like the script that was given to the person I interviewed about the case if you can use it. I have also attached the answers to the research exercise we did for this case to give you some sources you can use but you need to find more in all of the citations need to be in Association of Legal Writing Directors Citation format.
