Project Gesture
Due Date: 10/16
Description: This week you will create six scribble gestures and two mass gestures of active human figures in your sketchbook from the reference photos I have provided in this module. For the methodology on how to create these gestures please watch the video lecture and demonstration. REMEMBER: Begin your gesture drawings by starting in the middle of the figure (in the figure’s torso or stomach area).
Materials: Use your 4B pencil for the scribble gestures, and your compressed charcoal for the mass gestures.
Dimensions: Use up a whole page in your sketchbook for each gesture.
Directions: Upload 6 scribble gestures and 2 mass gestures to this assignment, along with reference photos of your figures. After you have done this upload your two favorite gestures and their reference photos to the discussion in this module.
