Write 3 pages on how the use of art therapy positively affects patients with COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and Dementia. Ultimately, your job is to write a piece on how working with patients with cases of COPD and dementia differ because of art therapy. Use examples and compare cases between patients that experienced art therapy that had either COPD or dementia and patients that did not undergo art therapy.
– How does art therapy change their mindset on the disease they have? What’s the impact it has?
– Compare how the use of art therapy before COPD and Dementia was to after. Were they happier? More calm? Their mood and behaviour? Give statistics.
– Most importantly how does art therapy affect their healing process? Are they more positive now seeing certain treatments for their disease? Did they beleive that the therapy helped them get better?
