A case study is provided in the case study pack which we have to achieve a diagnosis of the condition using patient data obtained for FBC, blood smear, hematinic and hemoglobin electrophoresis.
This piece is no more than 1000 words in total, excluding any references. This means you have to be concise!!
This piece has to be structed into sections. First you would mention the FCB results – which results where abnormal compared to reference ranges. You have been provided other questions to answer and also a table of the Fbc results for you to analyse.
Then you would need to mention the blood smear. Using the link below go to the case study 208.
https://www.virtualpathology.leeds.ac.uk/teaching/collections/haemato/slide_seminar.php?set=3&topic=Blood%20Films&subtopic=Blood%20Films%2001
I have also attached another link which shows you how to analyse the blood smear image. ( do let me know if any of the links do not work)
You would need attach an appropriate annotated image, labelling and anlaysing any abnormal blood cells, or number or cells outside the expected range ( see more information on the case study pack )
You then would need to do a hematinics. You would have to compare which results where abnormal compared to reference range. There is a table attached on the case study pack.
After you have done that you would need to do a Hb analysis. I have attached below a HB Electrophoresis image for you to include in the piece. Which would lead you on to do your diagnosis and justification. This would include your final diagnosis. What key features lead you to your conclusion. There are many question you would need answer which is included in the case study pack.
You would then need to end it with a option for treatment and limitation. You would need to consider treatments that apply and drawbacks there are to test used.
I have attached below every material you need. The case study also includes a marketing criteria. Can we aim for either OUTSTANDING OR EXCELLENT. It includes what you would need to include in each section so you can get the right grades. Make sure all images are clear and labelled correctly. I can’t order an exact 1000 word piece on here so if I do order for more words can you ignore that and make this piece an exact 1000 words.

P‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍lease assign a writer who’s familiar with JSAMS referencing. —————————————————————————————————————————- this is an Australian university assessment.——————————————————————————————————————————— task structure : —————————————————————————————————————————- • Title page** Introduction;** • 1-2 paragraphs summarising the background **that includes:** o In an applied context, a brief description of the movement;**** o The aim of the movement assessment*** —————————————————————————————————————————- Main Body;*** • Discuss the: o Joint’s action and segment motions; o Muscle, tendon, ligament participation; o Nature of contractions; o Neuromuscular considerations; o Principles related to safe execution of the movement;******** —————————————————————————————————————————- Conclusion;**** • Summarise findings.**** —————————————————————————————————————————- References;*** • Style: Journ‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍al of Science and Medicine in Sport (JSAMS)**** ********** examples: ***** ******** o You need to find and visit the JSAMS author submission site for these details. o NOTE: only follow the reference style . do not follow any other instructions at the site. Minimum: 6 peer-reviewed journal articles. Textbooks can be used as references, but are not counted in the minimum peer-reviewed articles. Marks will be deducted for any other type of material referenced. —————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Remember, this is to be an analysis of a single joint in a single planar movement. Therefore, if more than one joint and/or movement in more than one direction is presented, you will be marked down. By all means, give a brief overview in the introduction. However, once you have described what is the focus of the article, this should be the only topic discussed. —————————————————————————————————————————- please choose any muscle movement you are familiar with as long as it focuses on one single joint in a single pla‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍nar movement.

I‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍nvestigate the effects of methyl donor supplements (folic acid) during pregnancy on offspring neural tube defects of obese sheep.( using sheep as experimental model) When will the intervention be studied?- Before and/or during gestation? • What parameters will be evaluated? ( at least 2): Skeletal muscle, kidneys, heart, liver, brain, gut, placenta, etc. ? Physiological parameters, PCR, Western blot, mitochondria, histology, Flow Cytometry. o When the measurements will be performed? ? During fetal/placental development, childhood or adulthood Mention maternal obesity effects on: 1‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍. Placental development, structure and function 2. Offspring (neonate, childhood or adulthood) increased the risk of developing cardio-metabolic diseases • What intervention is necessary? Explore the importance of Omega-3 and folic acid supplementation. Be specific which organ/tissue it affects and why this organ/tissue is important, what is the action of folic acid? * What will this intervention increase/decrease in the body…(the metabolism activation of which path..? * look at histology, cell structure difference) the plan of the research proposal would be attached later in my ‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍account

After completing the treatment plan include the following sections in a large area called ANALYSIS: 1.Pathophysiology and Pharmacology: For the primary diagnoses in the case, write a brief summary of the underlying pathophysiology and tie pharmacological treatment chosen in the reversal or control of that pathology. 2.Additional analysis of the case: This includes national guidelines that were or should have been used to make diagnosis or treatment and review how they applied or how care was unique but based in guidelines. 3.Fol‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍low-up/Referrals: This means how the patient was doing when seen a second time if this applies. This would be their response to your plan of care. OR when Follow up will occur and what actions will be taken on the follow up visit. Referrals if indicated. 4.Quality: Include anything that should have been considered in hindsight or changes you would make in seeing similar patients in the future with the same complaint, history, exam, or diagnosis. Add anything you learned from discussion in the class that shed new light on this patient. and Billing. Any or all CPT and ICD-10 codes that should have been used (List them and name them only. As a master’s prepared nurse you are often called upon to participate in the eva

As a master’s prepared nurse you are often called upon to participate in the evaluation of proposed change projects in your unit/organization. This is an important role as you are not only called upon to evaluate the worthiness of the project itself but also the fit of this project with your unit/organizational needs. You have been individually assigned a team (same team from the SOS projects) and a role (Nurse1, Nurse2, Medical Doctor, Financial, Nay-sayer).
Read the representative reading and presentation slides prior to class (TEAM STREET PPT).
Complete OFC document while using your role as a Medical Doctor to complete the document and Ask 5-6 thoughtful questions following their presentation based on your role as a medicine doctor.

For the project, students will chose 2-3 journal articles about a specific topic

For the project, students will chose 2-3 journal articles about a specific topic in tissue engineering. The students will consider how these studies can be modified to incorporate more of a quantitative approach. -Your topic area could be more interested, and could be more specific to help in the grant / report.
Please provide 2-3 journal articles and give me a quick overview
