For the journal entry, you are required to reflect on two (2) key points selected from the assigned
reading. Each entry should reflect on your understanding of the topic for this week, your experiences
with informatics application in the clinical setting or healthcare in general. Your journal entry will be
graded based on the rubric below. For each key point, you are expected to (1) discuss why it is
important to the professional practice of nursing, (2) discuss how this key concept connects to your
career goals, and (3) how do you anticipate this key point to impact your practice as a professional
