This is a short research paper (about 2 pages double-spaced). The purpose of this assignment is to find an example of another country solving a problem in a way that is not even on the radar of U.S. news coverage, possibly because U.S. politicians aren’t talking about it. In other words, find an issue where there are a limited range of solutions debated by U.S. politicians, but some other solution(s) to this same problem are actually working well in another country. Find and provide links to sources such as news articles that support your arguments (i.e. by detailing the other country’s policy approach and its effectiveness, by explaining the policies that Democrats and Republicans propose for the same problem in the U.S., etc.)
