The purpose of this assignment is to prepare students to care for vulnerable clients. Students will discuss why this population is considered vulnerable and consider nutritional barriers that impact the health of this unique population. As part of this process, students will
identify an actual health concern this population faces related to nutrition and provide an upstream approach to address the health care concern.
