The data table and plot show how long the small bureau took to respond. According to the graph and table, it takes an average of 9 days to answer. The graph is steep for the first 9 days, then it spreads. The highest day to respond was recorded at 9 days with a frequency of 16. It can be concluded that the graph is skewed-right so if the data set’s lower bounds are extremely low relative to the rest of the data, this will cause the data to skew right. Most of the outliers are present on the right side of the distribution.
