Product 1 – Complete a matrix of how the concepts in this strand develop across the grade levels based on the Colorado Academic Standards. The example I provided will give you an idea of how to structure your matrix. I will also provide the template for which you should do the matrix on I chose to do Geometry and will provide the geometry standards for grades k-6. Product 2 – Executive Summary: You will also write a 2-3-page executive summary which will include your (a) observations of how this domain builds across the grade levels, and how the concepts are connected to each other; (b) ideas/examples of how you would teach for conceptual understanding; and (c) your key learning from the assignment. Headings for your executive summary should include: * Domain selected * How it builds across grades and how concepts are connected * Teaching for conceptual understanding * Your key learning from the assignment
