Complete a matrix of how the concepts in this strand develop across the grade levels based on the Colorado Academic Standards. The example I provided will give you an idea of how to structure your matrix. I will also provide the template for which you should do the matrix on I chose to do Geometry and will provide the geometry standards for grades k-6.
