Consider your experience with a relatively new technological device (smartphone, tablet, wearable device, laptop, vehicle, etc.), and its corresponding support website. Analyze the device/product, first from the perspective of your personal user experience (likeability, satisfaction of the entire experience), and second from the perspective of usability and human performance abilities and limitations, considering at least one human performance domain (e.g., cognition). User Interface (UI) will likely be a component of both parts, as it is the elements that you interact with when using a website/app and/or electronic device.
Variables to consider:
1- How effective are the seven (7) measurable factors of user experience as a guideline for evaluating your personal experience?
2- Can you draw a correlation between usability and human performance abilities and limitations respective to the device/product you analyzed?
3- How does the website support influence your UX, UI, and/or usability?
4- What are your goals in using this device/product?
