Analyze 4 different online reviews(2 positive and 2 negative) of any LOCAL restaurant. Please label them as such(positive vs negative) as part of your analysis.
Copy and paste those reviews into an MS Word Document and please be sure to copy web link to the actual reviews and highlight those in your work.
Ensure that ALL of these reviews contain a management response.
Evaluate the management response for each review, if any. What did they do right? What would you do differently, if anything.
