In most weeks, students will have a statistical report to write to demonstrate an understanding of the statistical tests and measures learned in the course. For each report student should have a
Background story about the data,
This survey data was collected to…
A hypothesis or research question to be answered with the data and related to the statistics.
Statistical analyses
table or appendix display of the data,
A report about the data: what was found, included statistics, significance, etc.
Interpretation and conclusion explaining what the findings of the data mean.
Review the rubric for point distribution.
Note: Although these are labeled as weekly reports, they will not be due each week. Review the syllabus and course modules for due dates.
