Once the topic and the draft questions are finalized (ATTACHED), various aspects related to the topic should be explored. For this purpose, visit the Digital Library website and download at least 15 research articles (at least 5 articles must be published in the last 5 years) related to the topic and research questions.
Prepare the Literature review as per the sample format provided.
The topic must be supported by quality literature. Similarly, the individual questions (objectives), which will be converted to hypotheses, must derive support from the latest and relevant literature.
Rules:
Support your submission with course material concepts, principles, and theories from the textbook along with few scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles.
Use The University academic writing standards and APA style guidelines, citing references as appropriate.
Submit your findings in a 3–4-page document, excluding the title page, abstract and required reference page, which are never a part of the minimum content requirements, in the Assignment Dropbox.

My explanation:
Firstly, in Assignment 1, I chose a research topic and formulated research questions. I also provided a draft of the answers to these questions.
In this Assignment 2 (This One), we are required to conduct a Literature Review. In this assignment, since I have already finalized the topic and research questions in the previous assignment, it is expected that I will start by exploring, accessing, or browsing the nature of the problem or the subject I will be researching.
The task assigned to me is to conduct research and investigate 15 previous studies that have been conducted and published on the topic I am researching this semester. Out of these 15 studies, 5 must be within the past 5 years.
Afterwards, I am supposed to review these published studies to understand the progress they have made and build upon their findings to avoid duplicating research on a topic that has already been extensively studied.
Secondly, I need to clarify my research objectives, which may be derived from the research questions formulated earlier. In other words, the objectives represent what I aim to achieve with the research. Essentially, they are the outcomes I expect to obtain at the end of the research.
