What are the possible impacts of the economic, legal, and social environmental factors on the Boeing Dreamliner (787) and Airbus A350 projects? List environmental factors by area and identify the most important factor in each. (Be sure to address ETOPS which require and internet search.) Which single factor do you feel is the most significant that may create or inhibit demand for the products? Based on these environmental factors, what desired customer attributes drove the development of the Boeing Dreamliner (787) and Airbus A350? 6. What is really the problem that Airbus is facing? Using the problem statement format, what is the overall problem? The root cause (what decisions and who made them)? What are the problems by marketing mix area? What will happen short and long term if the problem is not corrected? 7.What strategy should Airbus undertake? Should they continue with the A350 or go ahead with the A350 XWB?
