Hi, I’m looking for help in drafting a mini thesis for a master’s program, 10-15 pages plus citations, some of which I will provide. The focus is to identify the benefits of participation in extracurricular activities for children and how skills acquired in those programs are transferable in adulthood. The study should describe the skillsets acquired through involvement in these activities, for example: leadership, teamwork, time management, communication, patience and how those skills should go hand in hand with “hard skills” or technical knowledge. Paper should mention studies available showing how children from different socio-economic background involved in extracurriculars show a higher academic achievements, better career prospects in adulthood and overall success in professional and personal life. I would also like to include how universities and employers analyze candidate’s involvement in extracurricular and use it to measure person’s soft skills.
