Provides Cradle to grave event support timely and on/under budget with optimal FAS engagement for all events the branch sponsors (eg virtual, in-person, hybrid, FAS third party events). Increases customer engagement by implementing quality user centric content delivered through creation and implementation of the FAS Corporate Conference Program. Demonstrates the ability to make decisions that produce high-quality results by applying technical knowledge and analyzing problems. Leads and/or participates in outreach to include regular communications and feedback to strengthen outreach objectives and enhanced collaboration and overcoming obstacles. This includes collaboration with the Branch, Division and all stakeholders (eg- NAM’s, Categories, Industry, etc. ) Provides cradle to grave event support on projects in a collaborative manner.
o Level 4: Meets level 3 and demonstrates measurable improvement in the relationship driven by the execution of action plans and coordination with Branch, Division and all stakeholders (eg- NAM’s, Categories, Industry, etc). Collaborates with all stakeholders to proactively create content for events. Proactively takes the lead to recover quickly from setbacks that occur through collaboration and teamwork efforts and shares actions and updates with stakeholders. Is recognized as a trusted source/consultant on event processes, event planning and management. Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to review current APP’s and provides feedback on APP gaps that complement conference topics. Conducts internal assessment of existing partnerships/ organization to identify key strategic stakeholders/ customers and gaps in current state of partnerships needed for optimal branch success by March 15 OR as determined by the supervisor to have met the requirements within the performance level.
