Review the components of the Prospectus as explained in the handbook as well as the template and the checklist. Summarize the requirements of a prospectus.

Prospectus Summary Paper
This summary should be a thoroughly detailed representation of the candidate’s knowledge of each element that creates a prospectus. The Prospectus Summary Paper should be at a minimum of 5 pages (not including title, abstract, or reference pages) including at minimum Level 1 heading of Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and Chapter 3; Level 2 headings of Purpose, Summary, and Components. The candidate should finish the Prospectus Summary Paper with a clear and concise conclusion that clearly depicts the candidate’s high level of knowledge of the Prospectus.
