To take a personality test go to www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test. When you get there, you will see several tabs at the top of the page. Click on “Look at Personality Types” and read over the personalities listed. I would suggest printing or saving this if you can. After that click on “Take Free Test” and take the test. (approximately 15 minutes) At the end of the test you will see a short column of options on the right hand side of the page. Look at #1 Introduction, #2 Strengths and Weaknesses, and #7 Work Place Habits. I suggest printing these if you can.Submit a 2- page paper that is double spaced and includes a cover letter (Cover letter is excluded form the 2-page requirement). The paper should include the following:
1. Discussion about your understanding of the different personality types.
2. Explain how having an understanding of the different personality types can impact your effectiveness as a school leader and why.
3. Paper should have few, if any, grammatical. punctuation, and capitalization errors.
